Account Ownership:

• Notify us immediately if unauthorized use is suspected.
• Accounts may be terminated for violations of these Terms.

Password Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and preventing unauthorized access to your account. CAREERONTRACK AI is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.

Account Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we find that you have violated these Terms, engaged in illegal activity, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

Content Submission:

• You may upload or submit data, information, text, images, or other content to the platform (collectively referred to as "User Content").
• You retain ownership rights to your User Content, but you grant CAREERONTRACK AI a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with providing the Services.

Accuracy of Content:

• By submitting any content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and distribute it.
• You agree not to upload any content that is defamatory, infringing, unlawful, obscene, or harmful to others.

Content Removal:

CAREERONTRACK AI reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We are not responsible for any third-party claims related to User Content.

CAREERONTRACK AI’s Intellectual Property:

CAREERONTRACK AI owns all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services, including intellectual property, software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the Services for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

CAREERONTRACK AI may include third-party content or services as part of the platform. We are not responsible for any third-party content or services. Any use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Subscription Plans and Billing:

• CAREERONTRACK AI offers both free and paid subscription plans, including monthly and annual options.
• You agree to provide accurate payment information, including a valid payment method, and authorize us to charge your payment method for any fees associated with your chosen plan.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes, and you agree to pay any applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services.

Service Credits and Refunds:

• You may purchase service credits in advance to pay for certain features. All service credits are governed by our Service Credit Terms.
• All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Cancellation and Termination:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account management page.
• If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period.
